Hi! I got a free trial for the app yesterday, the VPN worked okay… but when I tried to cancel the trial which would be followed by a years subscription, it appeared that I have a whole year subscription starting from the first day (yesterday)… I contacted the support on the website yesterday but only got a „hello“. I tried to report it as a problem on Apple and cancel the whole subscription to not get charged money or get it back which luckily worked!! Don‘t know if the support of VPN was involved

I bought this VPN, and it simply doesn’t work. The customer service told me it is because of my connection, I should install the app new. I did, I tried it everyday at different locations, with or without wifi, it simply doesn’t work! I live in UAE and I need it for my calls on what’s app. The customer service is not responding and cooperative! Don’t buy this VPN!!!

Leider funktioniert es nicht mit Streaminganbietern im Ausland. Dann ist es sein Geld nicht wert.

VPN passt an sich und ist schnell. Allerdings sind Dienste wie WowTv, Disney … nicht nutzbar. Habe nun einen anderen VPN Dienst und damit klappt es wunderbar. Vllt muessen öfters die IPs getauscht werden…

Finger weg, funktioniert nicht

This App doesn’t works and if i contact the service support i don’t receive answer. DON’T BUY THIS APP , IT IS A FRAUD!!!!

Hier werden 3 Tage Testzeitraum suggeriert aber es wird direkt ein Abo abgeschlossen für 1 Jahr und die Abbuchung erfolgt auch sofort. Paypal Käuferschutz hat nichts gebracht. Anbieter reagiert auf keine Mails! Finger weg!
