    Nach wenigen Minuten ohne Traffic wird die Verbindung wieder unterbrochen, was soll das? Auch eine automatische Herstellung der Verbindung nach Unterbrechung funktioniert nicht, daher extrem umständlich, das wirklich zu nutzen, alles in allem extrem umständlich. Nicht zu empfehlen, dafür zu zahlen, umsonst (über Amex) gerade noch akzeptabel.

    Die App funktioniert bei mir so gut wie nie. Blockiert regelmäßig Login Pages und wenn eine Verbindung zum WLAN dann da ist wird sie bei jedem ausschalten des Displays unterbrochen. Nutze den Amex plan. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen hierfür zu bezahlen...

    Since some month I cannot use it anymore. Always when I try to connect, the app change to the settings. There everything is activated but I cannot get a connection.

    Whilst I do like the amount of hotspots and how easy it is to go online there is a huge issue especially in Europe. The app itself is pretty straight forward and easy to use. However somehow it suppresses any other apps that work likewise. For example I also do have a hotspot flatrate via my provider (T-Mobile) with their own app (Telekom Connect). The same applies in many hotels where I receive vouchers during my stay. Often I can’t obtain these as the Boingo-App seems to always get „first dip“. Whilst I should generally not have to care whether the hotel itself, the provider or Boingo brings me online there are some perks & reasons why I would decide against Boingo in some cases - e.g. as Boingo cuts the connection as soon as the device is idling or every XXX MB used. This leads to unfortunate disconnects when listening to music, streaming movies, playing games etc I would really appreciate if this could be fixed and I would get an option to manually select how I can go online.

    In most cases the app doesn't work properly, means a connection is not possible. If you're lucky and can connect, it works perfect.
