    Die OWNU App hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Tolle und verständliche Trainingspläne egal ob du erst Anfänger oder fortgeschritten bist, für alle ist was dabei. Mega leckere Rezepte zum nachmachen auch meal prep geeignet. Ich habe die App seit Juli letzen Jahres und habe fast 10kg abgenommen und Muskeln aufgebaut. Ich kann diese App jedem ans Herz legen der endlich anfangen will und Veränderung sucht. Egal ob man im Fitnessstudio oder Zuhause trainieren will, all das ist in der App verfügbar. Man kann seine Fortschritte auch dokumentieren und es wird einem auch als Liniendiagramm angezeigt. Die Übungen werden auch per Video erklärt also einfach toll. Eine absolute 10/10 für mich♥️

    I downloaded the app and wanted to first use the 7day trail and then decide if the program fits me but I was charged right away. Sorry but this is unacceptable… Update: Thanks to the customer service for reaching out to me and instructing how to apply for my refund. I received the refund from Apple super fast.

    Tolle App mit vielen verschiedenen Programmen. Die Workouts sind gut aufgebaut und haben mir dabei geholfen mein Training auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei, einen neuen Guide mit Oberkörperfokus würde ich mir dennoch wünschen. Aber super App!!

    The workouts are well structured and the recipes are easy to implement into your meal plans. BUT… there is minimal if any response to genuine questions that people have about nutrition, supplements or training matters. They seem much more interested in playing at being a life coach than offering a training support service. I will continue my subscription to hold my promise to myself but would not recommend it if you are genuinely looking for support in your training and fitness journey.

    Ich liebe die App wirklich sehr und freue mich, dass Feedback so gut umgesetzt wird. Eine Sache hakt allerdings nach wie vor: Der Timer bei den Cardioeinheiten setzt sich immer zurück sobald man die App verlässt und dann zb ein Video auf Netflix schaut. Das ist wirklich mehr als ärgerlich und stört die User Experience! iPhone 14 Pro, neustes Update vorhanden!

    I really like the app, the workouts are great and there’s a wide range of recipes. My only problem is, that I can’t use the app offline and since I don’t have wifi in the gym I usually screenshot the workouts beforehand. Hope that’s gonna change some day. :)

    I have been training with Hanna's plans for a month and have had lots of fun following the plan. Having the app and a plan helps a lot to stay consistent and motivated! You can track your reps and weight and can switch exercises to alternatives if a machine is not free at the moment :)

    I really like the overview, the menu. It is very intuitive and clean! You have all what you need! * different guides for beginner, intermediate and experts * a lot of recipes, even for vegetarian * tracking your time, sets, reps and weights * tracking the food could be a little bit easier (e.g. searching with a code) It feels like training with Hanna together and is really fun.

    - viele verschiedene Programme, für jedes Ziel was dabei - die workouts sind echt intensiv - man kann sein Fortschritt tracken - ein paar coole Rezepte sind auch dabei

    I have been using the app since it’s launch .. I’m loving each and every guide I used! I find always the updates are useful and I start using each new button whenever it’s there :) Thank you Hannah and all the team ♥️
