    Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und lässt sich auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse zuschneiden. Die Auswahl an Trainings und Programmen ist sehr groß - da ist für alle Ansprüche etwas dabei. Ich finde es super, dass die Übungen ausführlich erklärt werden und die Lehrerin aus verschiedenen Perspektiven gezeigt wird. Somit ist es leicht, auf die korrekte Ausführung zu achten und man läuft als Anfänger nicht Gefahr, sich zu verletzen. Es gibt auch immer Hinweise für Vereinfachungen der Übungen. Mir gefällt die App sehr gut und zu gerne hätte ich das Abo abgeschlossen - das ist mir aber leider zu teuer. Schade, ich hätte gerne weiter mit euch trainiert.

    Zuerst nimmst du dir sicher 15 Minuten die Zeit dieser App deine Lebensgeschichte zu erzählen, bist dann endlich fertig nur um gesagt zu bekommen: „Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Hier wird erstmal nichts passieren wenn sie nicht bezahlen.“ Ohne zu bezahlen geht hier wirklich gar nichts. Echt schade aber naja.

    Zu Beginn muss man unzählige Fragen in Form eines Chats beantworten. Zwischendurch werden dann bekommt man ohne jeglichen Zusammenhang Bilder von Frauen in Yoga-Posen zu sehen. Hatte mir eine App für Dehnübungen gesucht und keine, die erst alles Mögliche von mir wissen will.

    Keine Ahnung warum - aber ich muss die App jedes Mal neu downloaden auf meinem iPad (aktuelles iPadOS).
  • Not worth the money

    Some of the exercises are nice, but all in all the app is just way too expensive for what it is. You can literally go to a gym and do this with a real person or have the same workout doing it on YouTube. In many videos, especially in the more advanced ones, they say “breath 8 times” and cut to the next exercise so that you have to stop the video while e.g. in a split - very unnecessary.

    I’ve been using this app since the beginning of the year and I love it. My back flexibility improved a lot. The videos are great. If you want to work on your flexibility, this is the way!
