    the subtitles not being in sync is so annoying. They are sometimes several seconds early so when you actually want to read them because some audio was unclear or mumbled you will be reading what will be said next but not what is actually being said right now. This problem was already occurring several years ago and I can’t believe nobody cares to fix it in all that time that has passed. It can’t be that hard to just trigger the subtitles in a more synced fashion.

    Ständig geht die App nicht, ich krieg völlig falsche Fehlermeldungen, zb sei ich auf zu vielen Geräten eingeloggt obwohl ich nur mein Handy alleine benutze, die App stürzt mindestens einmal am Tag ab, ich kann weder geladene noch nicht geladene Inhalte ansehen, hab es mir nur wegen below deck geholt, aber aufgrund der ständigen Störungen anderweitig angeguckt, das ist nicht mal die paar Euro wert

    First of all the show choices are pretty great, and that is the number one reason I subscribed. I am able to watch a lot of shows that I am otherwise unable to watch and the price is reasonable for that. BUT: I am using other streaming apps as well, and for whatever reason this app needs more than the triple amount of data to function. The download of the app is just a few megabytes, but as soon as it is installed, it takes up to 6 GB even with no downloads. My worst problem is that downloaded videos are not playing as long as I disable Internet access. But I am not allowing this app mobile data because seriously in 20 minutes it eats 1 GB! About one time a day it tells me that my account is used by too many people, but seriously I am not sharing and this app is only on my phone. I would appreciate if it was possible to just watch the videos that I downloaded end, if you could choose in the settings that it uses less data when not connected to Wi-Fi (like other apps offer).Reading other ratings it is just the same experience for me-Great shows, but this app needs to be upgraded.

    Nothing works in this app. It‘s sheer luck whether you can watch an episode or there’s ,,an issue with the server‘‘, subtitles are lagging behind most of the time, in RHONY there‘s one season where the sound is lagging constantly. You might as well not download stuff because it takes an eternity and when you want to watch it, it doesn‘t work half the time. You can’t watch certain episodes because the ,,servers are down’‘ but can watch the following episode. There‘s unskippable ads even though it‘s a service you have to PAY for! And all that money for what? It‘s clear the providers don‘t care about the consumers and just continue not fixing the app but cashing in the money when these issues have been apparent for a very long time.

    The app is probs the worst ever… on my Apple TV it works fine, on my iPhone I’ve yet to get it to work (it never worked…) on my iPad I have to remove the app and re-download it EVERY time before using it… insane…

    Leider kann ich zu der App, dem Inhalt und der Aufmachung nichts sagen, da ich die app nicht einmal starten kann… Leider nur ein stern

    Once I’ve used the app once or twice, it keeps crashing and won’t open. I have had to re-download it several times and always have the same problem!

    Ngl I never had an app make me so angry, I have to redownload it every other day cause it does not work otherwise, whats the purpose of developing an app then? Gonna cancel my suscription, makes me so annoyed everytime
